Boarding Conditions
For safety reasons, every passenger must comply with the following conditions.
Aérovision does not have medical qualifications to assess a passenger’s fitness for a hot air balloon flight. Passengers are required to consult their doctor regarding their fitness to fly.
Our flights are not permitted
Pregnant women
Individuals under 7 years old or under 1.40 m
Individuals with medical contraindications
Individuals with a sprain, fracture, unstable dislocation, or recent surgery
Our Boarding Limits

If in doubt, if a condition cannot be met, or if you have a health concern, please call us at 03 89 77 22 81. We can then consider adaptive measures or, if necessary, request a medical certificate from you.
Be autonomous, able-bodied, and understand instructions
Stand for 2 hours
Climb into the doorless basket using small steps
Adopt the landing position (legs and knees bent - back against a wall)
Withstand a potential impact during landing (similar to a 50cm jump)
Hold firmly onto a handle with both hands to avoid being ejected
Health Concerns
Any fragility that could affect your flight experience must be reported to us.

Prostheses (knees, hip)
